This policy explains what information Colorado Springs Revenue LLC ("CSR," "we," "us") collects when you visit coloradospringsrevenue.com, chat with our AI assistant Sloane, or fill out a form on this site, and how we use and protect that information.

Who we are

Colorado Springs Revenue LLC is a Colorado-based AI web services and consulting firm. We build websites and AI operating systems for local businesses. Our website is coloradospringsrevenue.com.

What we collect

Information you give us directly. When you fill out a form on this site or chat with Sloane (our AI assistant), we collect the details you provide. This may include your name, email address, business name, location, project details, timeline, and budget information. You choose what to share — you don't need to provide any specific field.

Conversations with Sloane. When you chat with Sloane on this site, the conversation is processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to generate replies, and the full transcript is logged to our private GitHub archive and forwarded to our Make.com workflow so we can follow up. We do not use your conversations to train AI models.

Browser and device information. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. GA4 collects information about your browser, device, approximate location (city/region level), pages visited, and time on site. We anonymize IP addresses. Sloane also captures a basic browser fingerprint (user agent, screen size, language) to help us identify return visitors across conversations.

Cookies. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visitors and track sessions. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time without affecting your ability to use the site.

Payment information. If you pay a project deposit through this site, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details — those go directly to Stripe.

How we use your information

• To send project-related communication and invoices
• To understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it
• To process deposits and payments through Stripe

Third-party services we use

To run this site and deliver our services, we share data with these processors:

• Squarespace — website hosting and content management
• Cloudflare — Sloane's chat backend (Workers platform)
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — generates Sloane's replies during conversations
• GitHub — private archive of Sloane conversation transcripts
• Make.com — workflow automation that routes leads to our team
• Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar) — email, file storage, and scheduling
• Google Analytics 4 — website usage analytics
• Stripe — payment processing for project deposits

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We've selected providers we believe handle data responsibly, but we encourage you to review their policies if you're interested.

Data retention

We retain form submissions, conversation transcripts, and project records for a minimum of three years for business and tax purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time — see "Your rights" below.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correct any data that's inaccurate
• Request deletion of your personal data (subject to our legal record-keeping obligations)
• Opt out of analytics tracking by disabling cookies in your browser

Security

We use HTTPS encryption across the site, encrypted secrets storage in Cloudflare, and industry-standard security measures across all our service providers. No system is perfect — if you ever suspect a security issue, please email us immediately.

Children's privacy

This site and our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our site, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, tools, or legal requirements change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage briefly.
