SMS Terms

Colorado Springs Revenue LLC plans to send recurring marketing texts about its marketing, website, AI and consulting services, including relevant offers and service updates, from 719-900-6500. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s charges are your responsibility.

When enrollment opens, read the signup notice and these terms, text START to 719-900-6500, then reply YES to the confirmation disclosure. By replying YES, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts from Colorado Springs Revenue LLC at the number used to enroll. You must be the account holder or authorized user of that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may contact us without enrolling.

A contact-form submission, conversation with Claire, callback request or appointment request is not marketing consent. Permission for marketing texts does not authorize AI marketing calls. Appointment or service-message permissions are separate.

Once the program is operating, reply STOP to cancel. You may receive one non-marketing confirmation of your opt-out. You may also tell us clearly that you want messages to stop by calling 719-900-6500 or emailing kenneth@coloradospringsrevenue.com. We will honor reasonable withdrawal requests; STOP is not the only permitted method. A later enrollment requires a new affirmative opt-in.

Once messaging is operating, reply HELP for program support. You can also contact kenneth@coloradospringsrevenue.com or 719-900-6500. For now, use email or phone; keyword responses have not launched.

Delivery is subject to carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Tell us if you change or give up your number so we can stop using it. Do not use this program for emergencies or time-sensitive instructions.

We may update these terms and their revision date. Material changes to the program will receive any notice or renewed consent required by law. Your prior consent will not be treated as permission for a different sender.
