Websites that bring in leads for Colorado Springs remodeling contractors
Remodeling contractor web design, Google Ads, and demand generation for Colorado Springs builders. Here's how we moved All Season Improvements off a rented Topline Pro website and onto a 21-page, search-ready site that runs on accounts the business controls.
Why remodeling contractors outgrow rented websites
Homeowners planning a kitchen, basement, or addition compare two or three contractors online before they call anyone. A remodeling website has to rank for the job they're searching, prove the work, and make it easy to ask for a bid.
Control of your own site
With a rented platform, the design and pages belong to the vendor. Cancel, and the site goes with them. We build on hosting and a domain the contractor controls.
Rankings that survive the move
Every old page address that Google already knows gets a permanent redirect to its new page, so the move doesn't reset years of search history.
Every lead measured
GA4 and Google Ads tracking on every page, so the ad spend is tied to the calls and bid requests it actually produces.

Visit the ASI website ↗About the business
ASI is a Colorado Springs residential and commercial remodeling contractor, working from demolition through the final finish. Their approach is in the new tagline: "Scope it. Bid it. Build it." Scope and price are agreed in writing before work starts.
Why we moved them off Topline Pro
- The old website was rented. Under Topline Pro's terms of service, the site and its contents belong to Topline, so there was no design or code to take with them. The only way forward was a rebuild.
- The phone numbers on the old site were the platform's call-tracking lines, which stop working when the account is cancelled, not the business's own number.
- The site was filling up with hundreds of auto-generated blog posts that didn't sell ASI's actual work.
What we built
- A new 21-page remodeling website, written from scratch: eight service pages (kitchen, bathroom, and basement renovation, home additions, decks and patios, flooring, carpentry, interior finishing), plus separate Residential and Commercial sections.
- Residential and commercial project galleries, a reviews page, and an about page that show the work instead of describing it.
- A refreshed "ASI" brand, and the tagline "Scope it. Bid it. Build it." carried through the whole site.
- A bid-request form that sends leads straight to the business, and the real business phone number on every page.
- General-contractor schema markup with the full Pikes Peak service area, so search engines know what ASI does and where.
How we migrated without losing Google
- Mapped the old site's page addresses and set up permanent (301) redirects, so the old service and gallery links land on the new pages.
- Kept service page addresses unchanged wherever they already ranked, so no search equity was thrown away.
- Retired the auto-generated blog posts instead of carrying them over.
- Moved hosting to Cloudflare in ASI's own account, and moved the domain's DNS off the old vendor.
- Published email authentication (SPF and DMARC) and verified the site in Google Search Console.
Google Ads & demand generation
- Took over management of ASI's Google Ads spend, with the ads and the site run by one team.
- Installed GA4 and the Google Ads conversion tag on every page, so ad clicks can be tied to bid requests and calls.
- Wrote each service page to double as a landing page, with one job type per page, answering the questions homeowners ask before they request a bid.
- Wrote the demand-generation copy around how Colorado Springs homeowners search: the job, the city, and the proof.
What's working
- The new site is live and indexable, on hosting and a domain ASI controls.
- Old page addresses redirect to their new pages instead of breaking.
- Tracking is live site-wide, so every campaign can be measured against real leads.
- Bid requests and calls go straight to ASI, with no vendor portal in between.
What we build for remodeling contractors
Service pages that rank. One page per job type (kitchens, baths, basements, additions), built around the words homeowners search.
Platform migrations. Moves off rented website builders, with redirects mapped so your rankings carry over.
Google Ads management. Campaigns that send each search to the matching service page, with conversion tracking from day one.
Residential and commercial. Separate paths for homeowners and business owners, because they buy differently.
Local SEO & schema. Contractor markup, a defined service area, and Google Business Profile alignment.
Mobile-first. Built for the phone, where most "remodeling contractor near me" searches start.
Remodeling contractor web design — FAQ
Can I leave a rented website platform without losing my Google rankings?
Usually, yes, if the move is planned. We map every page Google already knows, keep the addresses that rank, and set up permanent redirects for the rest before the switch. That's how we moved All Season Improvements.
Who controls the website you build?
You do. The site runs on hosting and a domain in your own accounts, not on a platform that keeps the pages if you cancel.
Do you run Google Ads for remodeling contractors in Colorado Springs?
Yes. We manage the ad spend, send each search to the matching service page, and track bid requests and calls, so you can see what the budget produces.
Do you build for commercial remodeling as well as residential?
Yes. ASI's site has separate residential and commercial sections, because a homeowner and a business owner look for different things before they call.
